Apple Tree Treats

This was Jessica in her first grade class some time last week. They made apple tree treats! How cute!

Tailgating Bulldogs

Kayla's high school had a football game last night. There was a pre-game tailgating party at Jessica's elementary school! Kayla helped one of her friends at one of the stands. Kayla put tattoos on the kids. (Kayla's first job!)Jessica happily got a bulldog tattoo on her face by Kayla. Jessica also got her hair spray painted red and black with glitter, got a football painted on her other cheek, played with slime, did relay races, made a sandart bottle, etc, etc! After the tailgating party, Kayla went to the football game with her friends. They lost, but they still had a good time!

Mall Rat

Jessica knows how to have fun at the mall! Instead of shopping for stylish clothes, she bungee jumps, paints at the pottery store, plays at the bookstore, and rode the carousel at the end of the day:)

Gymnastic Party

Jessica got invited to her first birthday party of the school year. Her friend, Chloe had her birthday at the gymnastic center. The kids did gymnastics, ran around and screamed like crazy, had blue lips from the frosting on the cake, and mostly had a fun time!

Election Fever

Jessica has been having fun in first grade so far. Last week, her class made a cookie cake in the shape of the United States. It looked like fun and it must be to get ready for the upcoming presidential election in November! (I only hope that the best president wins.)

End of the Summer Party

School has been in session over a month. The neighbors threw an end of the summer party for at the swimming pool on Labor Day weekend. We enjoyed our last dips in the pool for the year:( There were games, relays, an astro jump, and a giant water slide. The kids really had a blast! Summer is over and it's time to look forward to Autumn!
