Jessica designed her pumpkin's face for the first time ever without my help.  I think she did a great job!

Black Cat Cafe

Jessica's 2nd grade class had a Halloween themed skit and then had a black cat cafe. They ate monster fingers, monster popcorn hand, mandaran oranges with jack-o-lantern faces, etc. Yep, everybody had a good time!

Scarey Bonfire

Last night, we went to a (scarey) bonfire at Alex and Maya's house. Their next door neighbors go all out every Halloween, as you can see in the picture with the inflatable headless horseman and the graveyard. Connor is dressed up as Jason and has a big chainsaw! Aaaahhhhh! The kids roasted hotdogs and s'mores over the bonfire. Maya & Jessica were talking about having a sleepover soon. I am sure they would stay up late late watching horror movies like Lori and I used to do:-)

American Girl Birthday Party

Jessie's friend, Victoria had her birthday party at the American Girl Doll Store! What a fun place for an 8 year old girl to have her birthday party! The girlies were so excited about dressing up and taking their own American Girl Doll to the party:)

Future Beauty Pageant Contestant

Jessica got a flyer from school the other day. It was for a beauty pageant in the North Gwinnett school district for all girls  from Kindergarten to seniors in high school. Jessica wants to be in it:-)

I think she is talented. She can sing karaoke, perform and doall kinds of things. She really is beauty pageant material!
