A Savior is Born...

Christmas came and went quickly this year. We still remember that Christmas is about the birth of Jesus Christ! We spent time with Nana and Abuelo playing dirty Santa and opening gifts.

On Christmas Eve, we went to Grandmama and Granddaddy Berlin's house. We saw Mimi and Papa Jim. We had pizza for dinner, then opened gifts in front of the Christmas Tree.

Kayla and Jessica enjoyed their Christmas gifts from everybody.

Later, we drove home and saw a blinking red light in the sky. It must have been Rudolph leading Santa's sleigh. Santa was near! Jessica left out the cookies we made earlier and some milk for Santa Claus...Apparently, Santa had stopped by our house.

Kayla got some clothes, makeup, and jewelry!

Jessica got an easy-bake-oven which she asked for on her Christmas list! She also got a glow in the dark crayola coloring dome, a scooter, a Barbie doll on roller skates, and a Dora bath set.

Kayla and Jessica both got candy and goodies in their stockings. Yogi even got some treats in his stocking. Santa does not forget about pets!
Kayla and Jessica were happy with their gifts on Christmas morning. For lunch, we ate at a Chinese restaurant with Nana: the best Christmas tradition of all! After lunch we went home and Jessica was excited to try out her easy-bake-oven. She made little red velvet cupcakes with pink icing and sprinkles! Yum! We then watched a Christmas Story.

It was a very Merry Christmas after all!
