Lydia's 1st Halloween

Lydia had an eventful 1st Halloween. She dressed up as a cow, her older sister, Jessica dressed as a damaged doll, and her oldest sister, Kayla, (well, just a regular teenager.):)

There was a costume contest in the neighborhood. The kids came down to the pavilion in their costumes, ate pizza, and went on a parade in front of the judges.The judges made comments about how cute Lydia looked in her cow costume. (Of course she was cute:)) It was a lot of fun!

Lydia's good friend, Emma was an owl for Halloween. I think all of the excitement from the costume contest put them to sleep. They slept right through most of the event!

So Jessica went trick-or-treating after the costume contest with her friends in the neighborhood. Despite it raining and getting cold, she still had a ton of fun and racked up on candy:) Lydia came home and helped passed out candy while Daddy and big sister, Kayla were watching Texas Chainsaw Massacacre and Nightmare on Elm Street. Don't worry....Lydia slept right through the scary movies so she didn't have to have nightmares. She looked udderly adorable in her cow costume and she had a great 1st Halloween!
